Breathtaking views, peaceful atmosphere, friendly host, spacious apartment, close to the beach.

We had a really comfortable stay in Simon's Town short walk to the Cape as well as Roman Rock. Easy check-in. Room was spotless, bright and complete with the most fantastic view and great views and kitchen...

The Roman Rock apartment in Simon's Town provided a fantastic location with a stunning view. During our 5-night stay, we enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and the comfortable bed. One of our favorite activities was relaxing on the balcony with a drink, taking in the breathtaking view over False Bay. We even had the pleasure of spotting otters on the rocks of Fisherman's Beach from our apartment. the proximity to Boulders Beach, where we could see penguins, was also a major plus. the apartment served as an excellent base for exploring the Cape area. Cons: Couldn't fault 👍.

The views from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning panoramas of False Bay from both the bedroom and lounge area. The location was also perfect, with easy access to a small beach and beautiful walks along the beach road. Plus, it was conveniently close to Cape Point Nature Reserve and the adorable penguin colony at Boulders Beach.

While the apartment was spacious and clean, the pillows could have been more comfortable. Additionally, there was no oven in the kitchen, although we didn't really miss it during our stay.

I recently stayed at Roman Rock Apartments for 5 nights and it was absolutely amazing. The views over False Bay were breathtaking, especially during sunrise. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, even providing a European plug adapter. The beach just 500m away was lovely, perfect for daily swims. Simonstown had great restaurants and antique shops to explore. I highly recommend this hotel for its incredible views, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we enjoyed falling asleep to the melody of the waves at night. The location was perfect, right by the sea and offering stunning views of the ocean. We loved spending time on the spacious balcony, sipping drinks and taking in the breathtaking view over False Bay. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff, Marlene and her husband, provided us with exceptional service and made us feel like royalty.

Could not be improved in any way.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment with an amazing view in the Western Cape area. The location was perfect for exploring Simon's Town and other nearby attractions. The property was clean and well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach. The small kitchenette was great for preparing snacks and drinks, and the provided tea, coffee, and sugar were a nice touch.

There were a couple of drawbacks. First, the accommodation came with a mouse, which was a bit unsettling for me.

Cozy apartment with amazing views from all rooms. Good restaurants nearby to enjoy the taste of the ocean. Excellent base to explore the whole Cape area.

Would definitely recommend Roman Rock.

Wow, they actually offer an ironing service and laundry facilities! Oh, and I can even go golfing nearby. How posh!

Oh, but of course, no washing machine and no secure parking. I simply love the thrill of carrying my heavy suitcases up steep steps.

Missing kitchen oven.

The view over False Bay from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking, especially on a clear sunny day. the apartment itself was spacious and quiet, and the host was friendly and welcoming. the proximity to the little beach, just 500m away, was a lovely bonus. We enjoyed swimming there every day, experiencing both the warm clear Caribbean-like waters and the wild Atlantic. Simonstown had a great selection of charming restaurants and antique shops.

We felt very relaxed during our stay and had no complaints.
